All orders are dispatched via our chosen courier. Our courier do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays and to military bases or PO boxes..

Shipments might be subject to the import duties and/or taxes imposed by your country. These costs are your expense and in addition to your invoice charges.

When your package will be ready, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking information.

RETURNS

Items must be returned in the original packaging, with original labels, in 30 days.

Returned items must be in a new and unused/unworn.We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged or if the original packaging has been damaged.

HOW TO RETURN ONE OR MORE ITEMS:

REQUEST A RETURN IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT:

Login in your ACCOUNT and go to the ORDER HISTORY section

Click on REQUEST A RETURN button

Select the product you would like to return and specify the reason why you want to return it.

Click on SUBMIT REQUEST

PREPARE THE GOODS AND THE BOX

Prepare the BOX with the items that you wish to return. You can use the same box that were sent with your original goods.

REFUNDS

In case you asked for a refund because your items were damaged before you received them, the refund will be processed after the returned item has passed our quality control check.

(we cannot return you the shipping cost of your order).

Please note that refunds can only be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

The refund process can take 15-25 days from receipt of your goods, depending upon the credit card used for payment.

Experiences, gift cards and the items on sale or in the outlet cannot be refund.
